7. Pricing and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Alessio Veyra retains all copyrights, creative rights, promotional rights, and reproduction rights to commissioned artwork. The customer receives ownership of the physical artwork only after full payment is received.

10. Customer-Provided Images, References, and Materials

If you provide Alessio Veyra with images, logos, names, designs, photographs, artwork, references, or other materials for a commission or custom request, you represent and warrant that:

You own the rights to those materials, or you have permission to use them.
Your use of those materials does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, contract, or law.
You authorize Alessio Veyra to use those materials to create the requested artwork.
You accept responsibility for any claims arising from the materials you provided.

Alessio Veyra may refuse to use customer-provided materials that appear to violate third-party rights, contain offensive content, involve illegal activity, or create legal risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Alessio Veyra harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from materials you provide.

11. Shipping Policy

Alessio Veyra currently offers free shipping within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping is not officially available due to the large size, weight, and fragile nature of the paintings and artwork. International shipping may be offered in the future.

If you are outside the United States and are seriously interested in a piece, please contact Alessio Veyra directly through the contact information listed on this website. Depending on the size of the artwork, destination, carrier options, packaging requirements, and shipping cost, Alessio Veyra may be able to work something out on a case-by-case basis. 15. Damaged Items Upon Arrival

Alessio Veyra takes care to package artwork safely, but large artwork can carry some risk during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact Alessio Veyra within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of:

The damaged artwork
The shipping box
The packaging materials
The shipping label
Any visible damage to the package before opening, if available
Any visible damage to the artwork after opening

Do not throw away the box, packaging, protective materials, or shipping label until the issue is resolved, since the carrier may need proof for an insurance or damage claim.

If damage occurred during shipping, Alessio Veyra will review the situation and work with the customer toward a fair solution. Depending on the damage and circumstances, this may include:

A repair option

Refunds, replacements, or other remedies are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed until the damage is reviewed.

16. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
